Poolside, the Lessinia beers created for Villa Quaranta meet the flavours of Ristorante Borgo Antico and Il Forno di Pilù in an informal tasting journey rich in flavour, accompanied by the music of DJ Marco Finelli and the voice of Francesco Mantovanelli. An evening to enjoy together, with tastings, a generous buffet, a dedicated bar and the relaxed atmosphere of a summer night in Valpolicella.

The BIRRA LESSINIA served throughout the evening is “Lessinia Frumento”: BLANCHE. Pilsner malt, hops and wheat from Lessinia give this beer its distinctive floral aroma and a gently spiced character, enhanced by an infusion of orange peel and coriander.

• Lessinia Ginepro BIO
A fresh, balsamic Pils made with organic juniper berries from Lessinia.

• Lessinia Iris
An IPA with a delicate, powdery aroma, enriched with iris powder from Val Tramigna.

• Lessinia Miele BIO
A light amber double-malt beer, moderately hopped and characterised by smooth notes of acacia honey from Lessinia.
