Indoor and Outdoor Thermal Pools
1,000 square metres of mineral-rich thermal water, heated up to 35°C- Indoor thermal pools: the large four-leaf-clover pool, a 25-metre swimming pool, children’s pool, effervescent loungers, hydromassage seats reserved for guests aged 12 and over, and a poolside relaxation area.- Outdoor thermal pool: open during the summer season and surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, with an adults’ pool and a beach-entry children’s pool.
The Thermal Water of Terme della Valpolicella
The Terme della Valpolicella mineral spring belongs to the thermal basin that stretches from Sirmione to Caldiero, close to the eastern shores of Lake Garda.Naturally mineral-rich and microbiologically pure, the thermal water contains sodium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, sulphates and bicarbonates. Its distinctive composition has long been appreciated in wellness programmes supporting joint mobility, skin wellbeing and circulation.

Aufguss Rituals at the SPA
Immersive sensory experiences led by our Aufguss Master, where heat, steam, essential oils and wine-inspired body scrubs awaken the senses.
Aufguss in the Finnish Sauna
The Aufguss Master selects three essential oils to scent the ice spheres and chooses the music that will accompany the ritual. As the ice melts over the glowing sauna stones, fragrant steam fills the room. With rhythmic movements of the towel, the Master guides waves of heat towards the guests, creating three sensory moments that build in intensity and aroma.
Aufguss Ritual in the Steam Bath with Body Scrub
Surrounded by the enveloping warmth of the Steam Bath, the Aufguss Master leads the experience, directing gentle waves of heat through rhythmic towel movements. Halfway through the ritual, each guest receives a body scrub enriched with wine extracts to massage into the skin. Steam and exfoliation come together to leave the body feeling renewed and the skin beautifully soft and smooth.
