Indoor Thermal pools
A large 25-meter, four-leaf clover swimming pool, a children’s pool, a pool with sunbeds and a pool with hydromassage seats reserved for children over 12, as well as a relaxation area with sun loungers. Free access during the stay and until 11 am of departure day. Further access will be upon reservation, payment and subjected to availability. We inform you that in the pools area from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm there are swimming lessons.

Chef Emanuele Selvi

The kitchen brigade is led by Chef Emanuele Selvi, originally from Sant'Ambrogio, one of the five municipalities of Valpolicella Classica area. Valpolicella has always been in his heart: his dishes are impressive for their harmony and territorial expression. He personally selects the primary ingredients and chooses products from the local area: cheeses come from selected Lessinia dairies and undergo the ripening process that gives an extraordinary taste to both Monte Veronese and Cimbro; special cured cuts such as Vinappeso and others refined with Valpolicella and Amarone. He is passionately in love with the wines of his land, which he celebrates in his cuisine, particularly in the creation of the traditional Risotto with Amarone produced by Tommasi Viticoltori.

The aim is to assess a team’s attention, in particular how well they are able to collect and process information together and use it to achieve the task. The added value of this activity is that information can be gathered using 4 of the 5 senses: sight, taste, smell and touch.

Duration: 90 min – beginning at 5 p.m.

LUNCH/DINNER WITH BLIND TASTING

The goal is to increase the sense of belonging in the company during the lunch/dinner through the use of several games. Five bottles of wine will be hidden in the restaurant, and for each meal the teams will have to find one.

VALPOLICELLA WALKING/RUNNING

A 90-minute walk/run in the Valpolicella countryside, in the evocative landscape made up of vineyards stretching as far as the horizon. The activity will be supervised by one of our personal trainers. He or she will change the rhythm and levels of difficulty, helping you to overcome them thanks to breathing and concentration. Walking side by side with co-workers, you will cross the finish line!

WINE YOGA

Yoga session that boosts problem-solving skills. We will focus on the crucial “10sec” during which, after becoming aware of a problem, you have to act and make a decision. We will teach you to stop, to breathe, but most of all, to look at the problem from a different perspective. The aim is to make sure that the decision you make is absolutely the right one.

Achieve the goal with your team and be the leader. We will create one or more fitness trails, consisting of various exercise stations. The winning team will be the one that does the most laps in a certain period of time.
