• Cancellation Policy: free cancellation within 14 days from the arrival date. Credit card requested to guarantee the reservation and 50% deposit required from 13 days before the arrival date.
• Tourist tax: not included in the daily room rate (2 euros per person per night)
• Closing periods due to extraordinary maintenance:
– Sauna- Thermarium from 08.07.2024 to 26.07.2024
– Indoor Thermal Pools from 29.07.2024 to 30.08.2024
• Entrance to the “Sauna-Thermarium” area is permitted to guests over 14 years old; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Entrance to the Indoor and Outdoor Thermal Swimming Pools (available in summer) requires the use of swimming cap.
• No refund of any unused services included in the offer.
• In the case that treatments included in the single offers are mainly addressed to female-only guests or male-only guests due to their typology or cannot be performed by guests because of personal reasons, they may be replaced on request with treatments of equal duration and cost.
